Manual Brine Injector is used for injecting brine into meat lumps with high pressure to tenderize and soften meat,improve the meat grade. It can adjust stepping speed and distance,space of meat press plate and injection pressure according to different process requirements.It can inject brine into meat evenly and continuously,reach the most ideal injection effect.It is widely used in ham, bacon, steak, poultry and other similar products.

 

This machine is a platform-type machine using standard 304 stainless steel, and reaches food hygiene standards.

 

In order to make sure that the needles are not blocked, the equipment is designed with four layers with different filtering functions which excludes small pieces out of the injector timely.
